Become a Volunteer

Thank you for inquiring about volunteer opportunities at Bethany Hospital. We offer volunteer opportunities for both teens 14 - 18 years old and also for all adults.  We look forward to having you join our team!

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at Advocate Bethany Hospital, you must complete one of the following applications that apply:

• Complete the Online Volunteer Application. Or,
• Download and print the Volunteer Service Application or the Junior Application.

Once your application has been received, you will be contacted to schedule an interview. Please bring a copy of your completed application to the interview.

• Once your interview is scheduled, you will also need to schedule an appointment at our Employee Health Department, 773.265.3646.
• Once your interview and evaluation from our Employee Health Department has been complete, you will then attend a 2-hour Volunteer Orientation. The goal of the orientation is to help you understand volunteer policies and procedures, answer question, obtain your uniform and help you become familiar with Advocate Health Care.
