Gabrielle Finley-Hazle
EVP and President, Wisconsin Division
Gabrielle Finley-Hazle is the President of Aurora Health Care, the largest integrated health care system in Wisconsin and the state’s largest private employer. Aurora Health Care is part of Advocate Health, the third-largest nonprofit, integrated health system in the nation.
Gabrielle oversees 18 hospitals and more than 300 sites of care, leading Aurora’s growth, development and strategic direction. Previously, she held executive positions in investor-owned, nonprofit, and faith-based national and international health care systems. Under her leadership, multiple Aurora Health Care sites have ranked among U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals, and 11 hospitals earned an “A” rating for excellence in patient safety from The Leapfrog Group, more than any health system in Wisconsin.
She has received accolades from the White House Medical Unit, the First Lady of the United States, Legacy Magazine, Becker’s Hospital Review, Rotary International, and various business journals. Most recently, she was named among Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2025 Women of Influence. For the past two years, Gabrielle has been featured in BizTimes Media’s Wisconsin 275, a special publication highlighting the 275 most influential executives throughout Wisconsin.
A board member for United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, and Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., Gabrielle is a part of several corporate board governance organizations. She received her master’s degree in health care administration and bachelor’s degree in science, human biology, health, and society from Cornell University. She resides in Wisconsin with her husband, Howard, and their three children.
