Ken D. Haynes

Ken Haynes is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Enterprise Services Officer for Advocate Health. With over 30 years of experience across the continuum of health care, he oversees the organization's Enterprise Services function, which includes Innovation & Commercialization, Ancillary & Support Services, Ambulatory, Strategic & Operational Consulting, Mobile Medicine and Sustainability. A leader with the organization since 2017, Ken previously served as the President for the Advocate Health Southeast Region. Ken has held executive roles with CHRISTUS Health Santa Rosa Health System, Saint Joseph Health System, St. Vincent Health System and Baptist Memorial Health Care System. He currently serves as a member of the boards of the North Carolina Healthcare Association, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Board of Visitors, the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, the Carolina Center for Specialty Surgery and the University of Alabama at Birmingham Department of Health Services Administration, and the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse Board of Visitors.
