Kinneil Coltman has nearly 25 years of health care experience, leading strategies that enhance community well-being, strengthen social impact and foster meaningful connections with consumers and stakeholders. Her areas of responsibility include Marketing, Brand, Consumer Experience, Government Affairs, Philanthropy, Reputation & External Communications, Community Engagement, Community Health, Access & Opportunity and Advocate’s National Center for Clinical & Community Impact.

Kinneil spearheaded Advocate’s historic $1 billion investment that is transforming health care access on the South Side of Chicago by expanding primary care, specialty care and wellness services in the community.

Kinneil previously held health care leadership roles in Texas and South Carolina before joining the organization in 2016 and assuming the role of Chief Community & Social Impact Officer in 2019. She has previously chaired the board of the Urban League of Central Carolinas and currently serves on the board of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance.
