CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Twenty-six Advocate Health hospitals have been awarded an “A” grade for excellence in patient safety from The Leapfrog Group on its Spring 2026 report card. This is the highest number of top grades the organization has ever received.

Aurora Health Care led Wisconsin with 11 “A” ratings — the most in the state — which includes Aurora Medical Center – Grafton and Aurora Medical Center – Washington County, who earned a “Straight A” designation. These sites not only received an “A” grade for Spring 2026 but have also sustained that grade for the past five or more grading rounds. This is an elite accomplishment only 15% of hospitals in the Spring 2026 grading cycle attained.
