Pre- and post-award services for clinical trials are our specialty. Whether performing Medicare coverage analyses to support adherence to clinical trial budgets or carefully monitoring each participant’s research charges to confirm appropriate bill routing, we ensure compliance with all research billing regulatory requirements. Our teams also oversee critical data collection and analysis systems, such as REDCap and OnCore (our clinical trial management system).

We’ve streamlined our research proposal review process for consistency, transparency and efficiency using a centralized, all-electronic submission platform. Following submission, each research proposal is reviewed by a committee of research and clinical experts for its soundness and ability to satisfy selection criteria according to a uniform set of scored items. Our standardized process ensures research proposal selection and authorization is awarded to clinical trials and academic research of the highest quality and impact for our patients and communities.
